Generative AI & Machine Learning DevOps Engineer

Tasks that will support your personal growth:

Evaluate the potential of implementing cutting-edge Generative AI techniques in Software Digitalization department
Monitor market trends to inform strategic decisions regarding in-house development versus external procurement
Deploy Generative AI applications to enhance or transform our business and IT processes
Collaborate closely with various IT departments to seamlessly integrate these applications
Analyze and integrate data from diverse sources while selecting appropriate Generative AI models
Validate UseCase concepts through proof of concepts, ensuring their feasibility
Leverage our IT hubs and external partners for scaling and industrializing these applications

Your skills that will help us to get ahead:

A degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field

At least 3 years of professional experience in classic machine learning and generative AI

Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++, along with experience with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch)

Hands-on experience with public cloud infrastructures (AWS and Azure), containerization and orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes and Docker) as well as with automation tools (Terraform, GitHub Actions, etc.)

Experience working with LLMs such as GPT4, LLaMA etc. and in creating build and release pipelines for ML solutions

Strong communication skills in English and German
