  • As part of the survey, we process the following personal data from you: Project name or project details that may allow conclusions to be drawn about your person, IP address and the answers you provide.

    The survey is generally anonymous - subject to your entries in the free text fields, which could allow conclusions to be drawn about your person. We therefore ask you to check your details personally if you do not wish to be identified.  

    It is possible to provide contact details for any queries regarding the information you have provided. We would like to point out that the anonymity of your survey will be cancelled if you provide your contact details. By clicking on the checkbox "I agree that the above contact details may be used by EDAG Engineering GmbH for the purpose of contacting me" and submitting the survey, you consent to the processing of your contact details. The provision of your contact details is voluntary.

  • The processing is carried out for the purpose of conducting an annual customer satisfaction analysis in the area of testing in order to fulfil your wishes and requirements for an external service provider.

    Your data will only be analysed for internal EDAG purposes and used for improvements and lessons learned in an aggregated form.

    Processing is based on your consent, which you give voluntarily. Participation in the survey is voluntary. If you do not give your consent or do not participate in the survey, you will not suffer any disadvantages. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR.

    The processing of your contact data is based on your consent, which you give voluntarily. The provision of your contact details is voluntary. If you do not give your consent or do not provide your contact details, you will not suffer any disadvantages. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR.

     

  • Unless you withdraw your consent, the data will be stored for as long as is required to fulfil the above-mentioned purpose. This is usually 1 year. After this period, the data will be irreversibly deleted.

  • To conduct the survey, we use the MS Forms tool, which is part of the M365 software solution (Microsoft). We have concluded a data processing agreement with Microsoft in this regard, along with standard contractual clauses that govern data processing in this context.

    A transfer of your data to a third country outside the EEA - in particular the USA - by Microsoft is not intended but cannot be completely ruled out. In this respect, we would like to point out that the European Court of Justice has issued an adequacy decision for the USA, which identifies certified companies with an adequate level of data protection in accordance with the Data Privacy Framework. Microsoft is certified in accordance with this framework.

    If you participate in the survey and give your consent to data processing in this context, your consent also extends to any processing of your data in the USA, Art. 49 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR.

    Your personal data will only be passed on within the company if this is necessary to fulfil the purpose set out in Section II. 4.

    Please also note that Microsoft processes your personal data when you use the Microsoft Forms tool. Specifically, this is your IP address. The provider also sets cookies. You can find out more about this in Microsoft's privacy policy.
